The Supreme Court That Would Be King

The recent ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court, saying that the Guantanamo Bay prisoners have the right to a civil court, has struck a treacherous note with me. This grants rights that fall under our constitution. This is the same court that took away the personal property of U.S. citizens in the ruling about eminent domain. It would seem that being a U.S. citizen does not protect you like being a prisoner of war. Even if you planned the 911 attacks that killed almost 3,000 people on U.S. soil. Justice Antonin Scalia wrote in his descent that; America "is at war with radical Islamists." The decision "will make the war harder on us. It will almost certainly cause more Americans to be killed."

Ruth Bader Ginsburg is one of the five (Anthony Kennedy, John Paul Stevens, David Souter and Stephen Breyer) that ruled in the affirmative on this case. Who is this woman?
She was a lawyer for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) before she given a life long appointment to the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
She also gave a speech not that long ago where she said, “she and others on the court look to rulings in courts cases in other countries to help them with rulings in this court dealing with America. What happened to being sworn in to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America! This is the same justice that fell a sleep during a session of the court. Thank you Bill Clinton.

These justices are not stupid people, so what are they trying to do with these kinds of rulings?

Here is what I think might be going down. They are trying to create a homogeneous world. That would mean Globalization, one world society where prisoners and illegal aliens have the same rights that we the citizenry do. To eliminate all borders and nationality, where you have one currency like the euro, or the amero. Sounds very familiar with the way the current North American union is being pushed by the elite. There is one problem with this plan, we as a country can not exist unless we are a sovereign nation. It is our independence that allows us to stand in the gap when some two by twice dictator tries to rule the world, like a Hitler or a Hussein. America has always stepped up when things looked the darkest. One world government will mean the demise of our beloved country. These globalists can’t see it because they don’t understand the spirit of America. They don’t know the heart of our people; if they did they would back off and let us do what we were called to do. We don’t always get it right but we always care.

The judges across the country have been making rulings that they are mandating as the law of the land. This was never intended to be, they are not delegated to make laws. They are delegated to interpret the laws. There have been instances where U.S. presidents have ignored the courts interpretations and rulings. The California court has subverted the will of the people in its ruling allowing same sex marriages. They would be kings if given the opportunity, they sure act like it.
In 1776 there was a war fought and one of the things that triggered that war was the king of England demanded absolute submission. Our founding fathers said no, only God himself could demand absolute submission and get it. Our courts seem to be leaning quite heavily towards monarchy. Throw in a little despotism and a sprinkling of tyranny and you got the recipe for total collapse.

What to do? Our Constitution has a how to section. How do you solve the problem of a judge that is out of control, according to the Constitution, you IMPEACH them. All it takes is a will and a neighbor and you are in business. That’s how things get started and steam roll to a satisfactory conclusion. I can think of five candidates I would suggest immediately.

I also hold the press accountable in this and other issues of the day. They are suppose to be on guard for corruption and misuse of power by our government officials. They are suppose to be the watch dogs of our government. But instead of watch dogs, they have become lap dogs that roll over and play dead at their master’s command.

I need to ease up a might and get my pulse rate down just a smidge. So with that I think I will call it a night, sleep tight and sleep save neighbor.

For all is well down on the farm.
